2) PAN Card Copy (Duly Signed and Stamped)
3) GST Certificate Copy for Buyer & Consignee (Duly Signed and Stamped)
4) TAN Certificate
5) CIN Certificate
6) Partnership Deed - For Partnership Firm (Duly Signed and Stamped)
7) Memorandum of Association (For Public/Pvt Ltd/ LLP firm) along with the Hardcopy only. No Scan Required (Duly Signed and Stamped)
8) Cancelled Cheque
9) Along with the master documents, customer details pertaining to machines / consumption & grade requirement as per format provided by HMEL along with the New Master Registration Form.
10) TDS Declaration as per Sec 194Q as per HMEL format
     - 6A for above 10 Crores OR
     - 6B for below 10 Crores
11) Single Use Plastic Declaration (SUP Declaration) as per HMEL format.

12) EPR Declaration as per HMEL format
